Removing the Athena OS Micro SD Card Unplug the Printer Remove the Vat, Build Plate, Heater, and Resin Temperature Probe from the printer. Lay the Printer on its back, with the door closed. You want to access the bottom cover Remove the 8 bolts holding on the bottom cover. Look for the Athena Main Board, It will be on the right hand side of the stepper motor. Locate the MicroSD card on the Main board, it will be on the far right hand side of the main board, opposite the Ethernet port. Remove the MicroSD Card by pressing it slightly and it should pop out a little so you can grab it. Flashing a new MicroSD Card with Athena OS (32-64gb high quality card) Download this file and save it to your computer. This is the Athena OS image file. https://olymp.concepts3d.eu/static/images/AthenaOS-8KPROD-0.8.0.img.xz Click this link to find the Raspberry Pi imager app which you will use to flash the card. https://www.raspberrypi.com/software/ In the imager app, Ignore the Device, select "Use Custom" under Operating System and find the Athena OS you downloaded in step 1. Choose your SD card as Storage and press Next to begin flashing. Reinstall the card into the Athena main board. Put back on the cover, setup and boot the printer. First boot, it will do a setup process, just wait for it. It will prompt you to reboot from the touchscreen. Then reboot, and connect to your network. Update your software to the latest version.
